Chicken Samoosa recipe by Surayya Hassan

Ingredients

• 1kg Chicken fillet ( washed and minced)
• 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
• 3 Onion grated ( I used a food processor)
• 1 handful of chopped dhana
• 1 bunch chopped spring onions
• 2 tablespoon crushed / ground garlic
• Salt to taste ( I used about 2 teaspoon)
• 2 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
• 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• ¼ cup lemon
