- 1kg Chicken fillet ( washed and minced)
- 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
- 3 Onion grated ( I used a food processor)
- 1 handful of chopped dhana
- 1 bunch chopped spring onions
- 2 tablespoons crushed / ground garlic
- Salt to taste ( I used about 2 teaspoon)
- 2 teaspoons dhana jeeru (cumin)
- 3 tablespoons ghee (Clarified butter)
- ¼ cup lemon
