Sausage and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

• 1 package Jimmy Dean® Fresh Premium Pork Regular Sausage Roll
• 1 refrigerated pie crust (½ or 14.1-oz pkg.), softened as directed on pkg.
• 4 eggs
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 container (15 ounces) ricotta cheese
• 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
