• 1 clove garlic
• 1 (4.5oz.) can green chilies, drained
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
• 1 cup sour cream
