Ingredients

• 2 tbsp (30 ml) margarine
• 1/3 cup (75 ml) onion
• 1 1/2 pounds (750 g) carrots, peeled and cut into ½" rounds
• 1/4 cup (50 ml) liquid honey squeeze (billy bee/)
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) organic ground cinnamon (club house)
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) caraway seed (mccormick )
• 2 cups (500 ml) water
• sea salt grinder (club house) to taste
• pepper ground black (club house) to taste
