Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower – 1 cup cooked (riced cauliflower per pizza (one head yields enough for 3); pizzas); 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese; 1 egg (beaten); 1 tsp dried oregano; 1/2 tsp crushed garlic; 1/2 tsp garlic salt; olive oil (optional); all natural pizza sauce; your choice of toppings – my favorites are turkey pepperoni (black olives, any color bell peppers, cooked onions)
