Roast Chicken on Focaccia with Roasted Peppers and Sun Dried Tomato Mayonnaise

Ingredients

• 1 round of herb focaccia bread
• sun dried tomato mayonnaise made from combining 3 tbs. sun dried tomatoes with 1/2 cup mayonnaise in a blender
• 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
• 1/2 cup roasted peppers
• 1 1/2 cups mixed greens with radicchio
• 1 cup clover honey
