Ingredients

• 2 ½ cups (625 ml) tropical fruit juice (such as guava, pineapple, papaya)
• 1 cup (250 ml) orange juice
• 1 cup (250 ml) white rum
• ½ cup (125 ml) lime juice
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) cane syrup
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) grenadine syrup (see note)
• ½ tsp (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
• ¼ tsp (1 ml) Angostura
• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
• 4 cups (1 litre) ice cubes
• Wedges (or slices) of lime (optional)
