• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 Tbsp garlic powder
• 1 Tbsp chili powder
• 1 Tbsp dried cilantro
• 2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 cup Country Bob’s Honey BBQ Sauce
• 1/2 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 cup Oaxaca cheese
• salt and pepper to taste
