• 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck (avoid low fat hamburger, to dry)
• 1/2 lb. ground pork
• 16 oz. corn
• 1/2 chopped onion
• 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs, crumbled corn bread or seasoned breadcrumbs (Absorbs juices and makes meatloaf
• juicier.)
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup milk
• Salt and pepper
• 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
• 3 tbl. spoons Worcestershire sauce
• Jalapenos if desired
• 16 oz. tomato sauce
