A friend of a friend cooked that lentil soup at a dinner party and it was one of the best lentil soups I ever had 🤤 I needed to get the recipe and now I am sharing it with all of you 😉
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 250g red lentils
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp dried chilies
- 2 veggie or chicken stock cubes
- lime juice
