• Place the salt onto a little plate.
• Rub the lemon on the rims of the glasses, and dip into the salt to coat the rim, set aside.
• In a shaker add a small handful of ice cubes, the juice from the grapefruit, a few rosemary leaves and the gin.
• Shake vigorously till combine and icy cold.
• Pour into your glasses and garnish with the grapefruit slices and rosemary sprigs.
