Ingredients

• Potato Crouton Casserole
• 4-5 large potatoes (baked, peeled & diced)
• 60g butter
• 3 cups milk
• 1 cup water
• ¼ cup cake flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon white pepper
• 2 tablespoon ground garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
• Grated mozzarella/ or pecorino romano cheese (or cheese of choice)
• Dried mixed herbs
• White bread slices (buttered and cut into crouton
