• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• 2 tablespoons Amaretto
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
• TOPPING:
• 2 cups sour cream
