Ingredients

• 500 ml beef stock
• 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
• 1 sprig thyme
• 1 sprig rosemary
• 680 g thinly sliced roast beef (or leftover Christmas turkey)
• ½ cup TRUFF Mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon lemon zest
• 4 brioche rolls
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1½ teaspoons flaky salt
• 1½ teaspoons caraway seeds
