So I opted to do this variation of pecan pie. I haven't eaten it yet but you can definitely smell the honey, which I find very promising.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup honey
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1-1/4 pecan halves
- 1 unbaked pie shell
