- 2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp pickled onions
- 1 tbsp dairy free cheese
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
