Tea cakes with Basilur Earl Grey – Basilur Tea

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups of milk
• 1 tablespoon of loose leaf Earl Grey Tea
• 2 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon of finely ground Earl Grey tea
• 3 large eggs at room temperature
• 2 tablespoons of baking powder
• ¾ cups of unsalted butter at room temperature
• ¾ tablespoons of salt
• 1 ½ cups of caster sugar
• 1 ½ tablespoons of vanilla extract
• 1 cup of Earl Grey milk at room temperature
