Thermomix recipe: Nutty Chocolate Chip Cookies | Tenina.com
A treat that was inspired by my recent NYC trip, but I am still in development, as these are not quite it. Delicious as they are.

Ingredients
- 250 Grams butter cubed and cold
- 120 Grams golden caster sugar
- 130 Grams dark muscavdo sugar or dark brown sugar
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla bean paste vanilla bean paste
- 3 eggs
- 620 Grams bakers flour, plus 1 tbsp more
- 1 Tablespoon corn flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 2 Cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 Cup nuts of choice, toasted ( I used cashews and pecans)
