• 240ml apple cider vinegar
• 200g brown sugar
• 140g raisins
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
• 1/4 tsp salt
