• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour

• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2/3 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 1/3 cups confectioner's sugar (sifted)
• 1 cup finely chopped pecans
