• 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp honey runny
• 1/2 gherkin finely chopped
• 2 tsp Spring onion white only finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp garlic clove finely grated
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp cider vinegar
• 3 drops Tabasco sauce
• 1 pinch salt
