Honey Spice Cake

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup butter or margarine
• 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 3/4 cup self rising flour (ed. note: or 1 cup flour and 1 tsp baking powder)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons apple-pie spice (ed. note: or 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp cloves)
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
• About 3 tbsp water
