  • 30g sugar
  • 💗Chocolate glaze:
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 115g sugar
  • 85ml water
  • 85g heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp gelatine powder
  • 3 tbsp cold water to bloom gelatine
