Ingredients

• 2 green onions, sliced thinly
• 1 apple, peeled and finely diced
• 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, minced
• 400 grams ground pork
• 1 teaspoon grainy dijon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, chopped
• 2 sheets puff pastry
• 1 egg
• Additional flour for rolling out pastry
• Salt to Tatse
• 1/2 cup grainy dijon
• 1/4 cup honey
