• 300g pasta
• 2 cups English spinach, chopped
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
