Ingredients

• 1 jar of your favorite salsa
• 1 ear of Alsum's fresh sweet corn OR add 1/2 cup of ALSUM frozen sweet corn
• Tortilla chips
• Optional: black beans, diced jalapeno
• 6-8 ears of Alsum's fresh sweet corn OR use 1 bag of Alsum FROZEN sweet corn, drain juice and add to dressing
• 1/4 diced red onion
• 1/2 diced red bell pepper
• 1 diced avocado
• 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
• 4 TBSP olive oil
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• 1 clove garlic - minced
• salt and pepper to taste
• juice from 1 lime
• Optional: chopped parsley
• 1 package cream cheese - softened
• 1 package Alsum's Frozen Sweet Corn - thawed with juice
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• Optional: onion powder, red pepper flakes
• 2 tsp butter - melted
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 cup crushed cracker crumbs
• 1 bag Alsum's Frozen Sweet Corn with juice - thawed
• 1 egg
• Optional: paprika, onion powder, chili powder
