• 2 black mission figs, stemmed and sliced thin
• 1–2 tablespoons honey
• 5–6 oregano leaves
• 1 medium heirloom tomato
• 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• Kosher salt, to taste
• Cracked black pepper, to taste
• ½ avocado, sliced
