Ingredients

• 750g McCain Crispy Oven Chips Texan BBQ flavour
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 30g tomato paste
• 2 red chillies
• 4 chicken fillets, cooked and shredded
• 1 tbsp chicken spice
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 can tomatoes
• ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
• ½ cup mature cheddar cheese, grated
• A handful of spring onion, chopped
• ½ tsp salt and freshly ground black pepper
