Ingredients

• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup coconut sugar or organic cane crystal
• ½ teaspoon sea salt
• ½ teaspoon cardamon ground
• ½ teaspoon coriander ground
• 1 teaspoon Ener-G baking powder
• ½ cup earth balance butter chilled and diced
• ¼ cup honey
• ¼ water
• 3 tablespoons molasses or more honey
