- sugar 1/4 cup (40g)
- 1 egg
- instant yeast 2 tsp (6g)
- powdered milk 20 g
- 1/6 cup)
- salt 1/2 tsp
- Jam or any fillling
- eggwash (1 egg +1 tbsp water
