Sweet and sour pork meatballs – HOT WOK

Ingredients

• 400 g pork
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 onion
• 1/2 green pepper
• 1/2 red pepper
• 1/2 yellow pepper
• 2-3 slices pineapple
• Rapeseed or sunflower oil for frying
• 1/3 teaspoon salt
• a little white pepper
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1 tbsp rice wine
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 4 tbsp ketchup
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 3 to 5 tbsp water
