• 1 tbsp liquid honey

• 2 fresh eggs
• 120 g grated Gruyère
• 500 g chicory
• 1 tbsp mustard
• 80 g diced bacon
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 spelt pastry dough, rolled into a circle
• ½ tsp salt
• a little pepper
