• 2 tablespoons fresh dill , chopped

• 2 spring onions , chopped
• 1 1/2 cups mushrooms , sliced
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 150 g feta , cut into small cubes
• 80 g butter
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 700 ml milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
• 2/3 cup cheese , grated
