• 1/2 tsp black cracked pepper
• 5 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 finely chopped small onion
• 10-12 peeled garlic cloves
• 1 ¼ cup chicken broth
• 1 1/4 cup of heavy cream
• 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese (finely grated)
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley (to serve)
