bourbon meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef/turkey
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup mashed potato flakes you can also use matza meal or bread crumbs or oats
• salt, garlic and onion powder
• little ketchup
• 1/2 cup ketchup heaping
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/4 cup bourbon
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp soy sauce
