Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped walnuts
• 1 cup (250 ml) sugar
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) walnut oil
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) Armagnac liqueur
• approximately 30 beautiful shelled walnuts, for garnish
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey
