Ingredients

• 1 package Sweet Earth Awesome Grounds
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 package taco seasoning
• 1 (12 oz) bag tortilla chips
• 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
• 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
• 1 plum tomato, cored and finely chopped
• 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
• 1 ripe avocado, sliced
• 2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
