- 5 tbsp Bourbon Whiskey BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Optional also broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkin or other veggies
- Fresh rosemary, thyme and oregano
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 glasses of water
