• 1 brown onion, diced
• 1 cup chicken stock
• 3 corn tortilla
• 200g sage and onion sausage stuffing
• sour cream
• 1 tbsp cranberry sauce
• 1 lime, juiced
• half a head of iceberg lettuce, shredded
• 3 tomatoes, diced
• 3 large flour tortilla
• 3 small flour tortilla
• 6 slices of low moisture mozzarella (optional)
