Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 4 slices of bacon
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Espresso balsamic
• 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
• 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
• 1/4 cup pickle relish
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
• 4 tablespoons Fustini's Butter olive oil
• sesame seeds
• ketchup for serving
