Ingredients

• 4 slices bacon
• 1 small yellow onion, diced
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1/2 lb ground pork
• 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/3 cup chopped parsley
• 4 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch cubes
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 1 tbsp Ranch dressing
