• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
• 2 tablespoons Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Pepper Sauce®
• 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
• 2 tablespoons buttermilk
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 3 cups canola oil
