• 800 g chopped tinned tomatoes
• 2 vegetable stock cubes
• 300 ml single cream
• 1 tsp sugar
• 0,5 tsp salt

• 3 tbsp light sour cream
• 4 tbsp chopped herbs, parsley or coriander
