Nixon's Chicken This is another family favorite. We heard of it years ago because it was made for President Nixon by his mother and was his favorite.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken (or turkey) breasts (cooked)
- 1 package frozen broccoli (partially cooked)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ¼ Cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- ½ Cup cheddar or American cheese, shredded
- ¼ Cup bread crumbs and melted butter
