Hummingbird Pie - Dixie Crystals

Ingredients

• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour*
• 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, soft at room temperature
• 3/4 cup Dixie Crystals Confectioners Powdered Sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 can (15 ounce) crushed pineapple, very well drained
• 2/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes
• 3/4 cup whipping cream
• 2 large ripe bananas
• 1 lemon or lime
• 1 cup candied pecans
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
