Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups long grained rice
• 1 1/2 cups grated raw mango
• 4 tbsp peanuts
• Salt to taste
• 1 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp asafoetida powder
• 4 red chillies
• 1 green chilly
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1/2 cup grated coconut
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• 1 tsp urad dhal
• 1 tsp channa dhal
• 1 red chilli (cut into 4 pieces)
• A few curry leaves
• 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
