- 20 Medium fresh jalapeno peppers (halved lengthwise, seeds and ribs removed)
- 8 Ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 Generous cup shredded cheddar cheese (I prefer extra sharp cheddar)
- 1-2 Teaspoons garlic (minced)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 14 Slices bacon (I use center cut bacon)
