• 2 egg yolks
• 1 cup shortening
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 3 drops yellow food coloring
• 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 eggs whites
• 1/4 tsp cream tarter
• 1 box confectioners sugar almond and vanilla flavoring
