Cucumber Avocado Salad ? Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 avocados
• 1 English cucumber or 2 Persian cucumbers
• 2 table spoons dices red onion
• 2 cups of kale
• 1/4 cup fresh dill
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice ( juice of about half lemon)
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• Salt and pepper to taste
